About Us

R&A Endeavors is a husband-and-wife team providing event coordination for weddings, celebrations, and gatherings of many kinds.

Ryan & Alexa Lewis live in Neshanic Station and share an appreciation for local community, hosting, and the kinds of places and events that bring people together. They value gatherings that feel welcoming, memorable, and thoughtfully arranged, where guests can enjoy the experience without distraction. These values shaped their relationship as well as the creation of R&A Endeavors, with the goal of helping others plan and host meaningful events with confidence and ease.

Background & Experience

Ryan was raised in Neshanic Station and Alexa’s hometown is in central Maine, yet they met in Hawaii after both relocating there independently. Ryan owned a building in Hilo that included an event space, and together they hosted performances, exhibits, dances, film nights, and community gatherings, while also renting the venue for private and public events, including events for government and local organizations. This experience provided a strong understanding of venue management, event logistics, and working alongside vendors to ensure events functioned smoothly from start to finish.

They later moved to New Jersey to be closer to family and eventually had their own wedding reception at The Neshanic Mill, which gave them a personal appreciation for how naturally the space supports memorable gatherings. Today, they coordinate events at The Neshanic Mill and other venues throughout Hunterdon and Somerset counties. They also volunteer locally as part of their church’s Liturgical Environment Ministry, helping prepare and decorate spaces for seasonal celebrations and community gatherings throughout the year.

Our Approach

R&A Endeavors was built on the belief that events are meaningful moments that enrich our lives, especially when handled with care, consideration, and conscious effort. These occasions run best when expectations are understood, responsibilities are defined, and planning is approached thoughtfully. Their role as coordinators is to provide preparation and support so that hosts can focus on the experience rather than the logistics.
